I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!
Just a friendly note, in the future, you can use {{subst:afd1}} instead of {{afd1}} to nominate articles for deletion per WP:SUBST. This will reduce the server's load. Happy editing!!! Best Regards, --Hurricane111 18:59, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Norman Borlaug categories
According to Special:Mostcategories, the record is 40. Norman Borlaug could easily pass that if all the articles existed for all the national academies. See his CV for all his memberships. — 0918BRIAN • 2006-01-29 20:16
[edit] Carson Gulley
Hi there. You voted to delete the article on Carson Gulley - understandable, as the way it was written suggested he was only famous for inventing a pie only known at one university. Having done a little research I've discovered he was a little more notable than that, and I've added some extra stuff to the article. It's still borderline, and I'd understand you still voting to delete, but I wanted to give you a heads-up and the opportunity to reconsider. --OpenToppedBus - Talk to the driver 12:23, 13 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Petar Stojanović
I don't think that the fact that he was born in Budapest makes him Hungarian, does it? He was born in the Serbian quarter, or so it says here, and his name isn't at all Hungarian. Thanks for putting in the death date cat and doing the proofreading! --GuillaumeTell 21:42, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Becoming an admin
Take a look at some of the links provided at the requests for adminship page: there is more good advice there than I can give you on this page. I would wait a few months more if I were you, and if you would still like to stand for adminship I will be happy to nominate you. -- Francs2000 21:41, 7 May 2006 (UTC)

Sorry I never put an explanation on the talk page - I have done so now and I'm sorry I forgot initially. --Bachrach44 20:33, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Stub-sorting
Hello. Please express your opinion on "Czech-footy-bio-stub" at WP:WSS/P. - Darwinek 23:17, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you. I think it should be really splitted and many new "footy-bio" stubs should be created. - Darwinek 07:47, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you very much. I think other users will add another articles there soon, when the proposal voting will be over. - Darwinek 21:19, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
