[edit] Re: 76.210.12.232 on the Wikipedia:Requests for investigation page

I wasn't vandalizing the page. I removed 150 KB of spam and posted links to it instead. That's a constructive edit, not vandalism. But you put a seven-day block on my IP address.

The funny thing is that an administrator named Durova came along two days later and removed the entire section, but you won't be putting a seven-day block on his IP address, will you? Of course not. Durova is an established member, so he gets better treatment than newcomers.

Durova's actions illustrate and prove the fact that my actions had an innocent motive, and were not vandalism.

That IP address 76.210.12.232 is shared by several people. At least three of us have edited Wikipedia.

I was attracted to this investigation because I'm a Free Republic member and because there were links to it posted on the Talk page.

I've created this "Runesword" account for the purpose of responding to your shabby treatment of me as a newcomer to Wikipedia. Normally I would prefer to edit anonymously from school.

I believe that I am owed an apology and an unblock. Thank you.
