Rumoi, Hokkaidō

Rumoi (留萌市; -shi) is a city located in Rumoi, Hokkaido, Japan. It is the capital of Rumoi Subprefecture.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 27,701 and the density of 93.18 persons per km². The total area is 297.30 km².

The city was founded on October 1, 1947.
