Talk:Rules of appellate procedure

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm reading the Florida rules of appellate procedures for administrative findings ( code enforcement ). If the rules mean what they say, one might as well give up on any idea that one has rights. It's a shysters game, 'overburdened court system' ( thanks stupid laws, legislators; no wonder so many attns commit suicide, are alcoholics, cocaine freaks. Perhaps District courts are better but I fear the Constitution is whittled away to nothing unless one is rich or a criminal. Unless I'm very much mistaken this article is basically irrelevant to most of us.
