This needs a possible merging with Ayyubid dynasty. That is, if there ever is an article. Xhin 02:50, 29 August 2005 (UTC)

But the Burid Dynasty and the Zengid dynasty also ruled Damascus. And there were rulers before the Burids, of course; a "Rulers of Damascus" article might work better than the more specific "Sultans". Adam Bishop 03:18, 29 August 2005 (UTC)
