Rukai people

Rukai (Chinese: 魯凱族) is one tribe of Taiwanese aborigines. In the year 2000 the Rukai numbered 12,084. This was approximately 3% of Taiwan's total indigenous population, making them the fifth-largest tribal group. [1]
