[edit] Plot Synopsis
The episode opens as with Ron trying to make a movie for the Tri-city film festival which will "redefine the monster movie genre", but aren't going to well. Kim isn't interested, Rufus just can't get into character as a giant city destroying monster, and there are only three days left before the fair opens. To top things off news comes through that Dr. Drakken has ordered a shrink ray over the internet, necessitating that Team Possible take a trip to the Mojave Desert in order to foil whatever scheme Drakken has planned.
Meanwhile, somewhere in the Mojave, Drakken, who putting putting together the shrink ray, outlines his plan. He intends to shrink himself down to microscopic size in order to penetrate the security around Area 51, so that he can steel the top secret technology held within. As usual, Shego is less than impressed at the absurdity of his plan, and is more than a little annoyed that Drakken is ignoring his dog. Who needs to be taken outside in order to "take care of some business", and who is making a fuss about it.
Just as Drakken puts the finishing touches on his shrink ray, Kim and Ron arrive and a Kung Fu battle ensues (After a brief timeout, so that Ron can get his video camera rolling). With the battle taking Drakken's attention, Commodore Puddles decides that he can't wait to go outside, and he relieves himself on the shrink ray, causing it to malfunction, and to spark alarmingly.
No sooner has Commodore Puddles lived up to his name, than the is pushed onto the malfunctioning ray's targeting pad and the ray is accidentally activated, causing the hapless canine to grow to alarming proportions. Realizing that a giant dog holds just as much potential as a microscopic villain, Drakken climbs on board the poodle and orders it onwards to Area 51.
With Commodore Puddles rapidly approaching, the military put up a "valiant" defense of the base, including an attempt to distract the dog with doggy treats, and an attempt to force it into a giant cage using the world's biggest dog whistles. All of which proves futile.
Eventually the military are forced to forced to retreat back to the bunkers beneath the base, during which time General Simms reveals the shocking truth behind the Area 51 to Kim and Ron. The crashed flying saucers, the alien technology, even the captured aliens, all of the rumors are ....... completely true.
After breaching the last lines of defense, Commodore Puddles begins to dig down to the bunkers underneath it, forcing Kim to go toe-to-toe with the giant canine. Unfortunately, after a little initial success, Kim ends up being buried in the ground, along with Ron, whose taken to issuing directorial interjections in an effort to get the entire incident on film. Just as all seems lost, Rufus comes to the rescue. He takes off in a patented Team Possible jet powered roller skate, and returns giant size, after having paid a visit to Drakken's malfunctioning shrink ray.
Rufus and Commodore Puddles begin to mix it up, and the giant molerate quickly gains the upper hand, body slamming his opponent into submission before caging him in the world's biggest dog grate. Meanwhile, Drakken takes advantage of the confusion and enters one of Area 51's underground hangers, where he makes straight for a convenient UFO and proceeds to lift off, only to find it already occupied by a host of aliens who are none too happy.
