Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez-Bektaş, popularly known as Ruffa Gutierrez is a Filipino actress, model and former beauty queen. She was Binibining Pilipinas-World 1993 and the Miss World 1993 2nd Princess. Gutiérrez is daughter to 1960s matinee idol Eddie Gutiérrez and actress Anabelle Rama. She is the older sister of twins Richard and Raymond Gutiérrez, also actors. Ruffa made over 50 films in the Philippines, and has also been involved in various scandals such as the 1994 Manila Film Festival Scam when she received an award not meant for her.

In 2003, she married the Turkish businessman Ylmaz Bektaş in a lavish ceremony in Manila. She had two daughters with him. She now permanently resides in Turkey with her husband and two daughters, though she frequently goes home to the Philippines to do commercials, TV guestings and vacation.

Recently, her husband had bought for her a cable TV channel for her to work on. She is also scheduled to make a new Filipino movie with her best friends in the Philippine Show business.

Ruffa and her parents are now under investigation for tax evasion in the Philippines.

It was recently announced that she will host the Philippine version of the reality series America's Next Top Model, which is Philippines' Next Top Model. Starting March 11, 2007 until April 8, 2007, Ruffa Gutierrez will be the temporary replacement for Kris Aquino in The Buzz.
