This is a promotional photograph for the group Ruby Blue, who have not recorded an album or performed publicly in 15 years. The photograph is credited to Phil Nicolls. I believe this image may be used fairly in that no further commercial gain is likely from the image, and it is a useful illustration of Ruby Blue for the purposes of Wikipedia.
