[edit] Nominations for judging admins

They are automatically approved unless someone objects. Also, they must agree to be involved. They CANNOT be involved in road editing at all. Ideally, this should be unanimous since then we will all feel like it was a fair decision.

  • (Do you want people editing here? If not, please move my comments to a more appropriate place.) How do you propose to pick the admins? Ask for volunteers at WP:AN? If so, would the first 3 or 5 admins through the gate who aren't objectionable to anyone be automatically accepted, or would there be some other way to choose them? --phh 03:20, 2 April 2006 (UTC)
    • Nominations from the parties involved, but everyone has to agree to them. If that fails, then we go off a list of trusted admins (like naming cabal or soemthing). --Rschen7754 (talk - contribs) 04:07, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Routeboxes?

I propose that we go to the respective WikiProject talk pages and do a poll (WT:CASH and WT:WASH). There is already one going for CA. --Rschen7754 (talk - contribs) 02:51, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

  • I suggest that we think about delaying this for a few days. If the page-move consensus process works it'll go a long way toward restoring goodwill all around, which should make routebox discussions a lot more productive. --phh 03:20, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What now?

Well, SPUI doesn't seem to want any part of it (big surprise). Is there any point in trying to continue? I'd suggest taking this to the RFC as evidence of his bad faith, but it won't make any difference. Any effort at resolution that he's not 100 percent on board with will just get shot down by the admins he's got wrapped around his little finger. I'm about ten minutes away from walking away from this place. I've never been so completely disillusioned so rapidly in my life. --phh 04:40, 2 April 2006 (UTC)
