Thanks for your help with the Pep Band page!

[edit] France

Have done, with some favourable comments, but an awful lot of bluster from French-speaking Wikipedians (not that there can be a connection there). In my opinion, being misleading and inappropriate, and with an already large article, the article is better without the entire paragraph. JDancer 00:51, 30 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Baseball on Wikicities

Hello RPIRED, Googie Man here and I'm writing to you because of the great work you've done on the Red Sox/Yankees rivalry, and the New York Yankees articles. Jimbo and Angela have made a new webstie called Wikicities. You can read more about Wikicities on the about Wikicities page. This link in particular will take you to the baseball Wikicity. As you'll see it's similar to Wikipedia, but my hope is this will allow baseball fans to do more and different things, like reporting on games, in depth statistics, create mulitple pages for pictures, and whatever else baseball fans care to create. You've done excellent work on Wikipedia and I was hoping you could help get this baseball Wikicity off the ground. Please let me know what you think. Thanks! Googie Man(Talk), 15:01, 10 January 2006 (UTC).

[edit] hudson river crossings

I agree that maybe my note in the Lake article doesn't fit in very well, but please don't remove the links to the bridges with existant articles unless you are willing to write new articles about them. The boxes were designed for browsing, not information. If you have a better way to present both (the next one with an article and the actual next one), please implement it, but don't just remove them! --Chris 16:55, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

OK, so if you say they are for both navigation and information, then why did you remove their navigational functionality? Perhaps every bridge up to and including the next bridge in the encyclopedia should be listed. --Chris 18:11, 13 February 2006 (UTC)
Are you doing something to fix this situation or not? I don't mind it being done a different way. There's already a list of all the crossings; it would be best to just put brief descriptions of the minor ones on the list of all of them. --Chris 22:33, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Gen Wood

Thanks for the spelling correction of Gen Wood in the Roosevelt article. My reference had the spelling I used but I was surprized when the link didn't word. Epeeist smudge 09:21, 26 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Natl. Team Flags..

Hey I don't really have a problem with it myself, check the archives though, I believe they were added and then removed by someone citing precedent about provicial/state flags. Batman2005 17:52, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Flags

Hello. I think some "master list" doesn't exist so you should probably check it manually in future. - Darwinek 07:02, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Big Dig

Yeah I questioned the nomination as well. It very well might have just been vandalism. However, I told the user that they need to properly nominate articles and I completed the nomination. Considering the article, I figure it will probably have an overwhelming keep vote, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to let the nomination go through. Dbinder (talk) 16:40, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
