- it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the painting or prints of said work;
- it is of low resolution, and copies made from it will be of very inferior quality;
- it is only being used for informational/educational purposes.
- its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows a fine example of his work. The image is significant as an iconic New Zealand painting by the artist, on whose article it is to appear. Grutness...wha? 08:55, 14 May 2005 (UTC)
