Found out about Wikipedia from somewhere, created an account immediately and my first edit was a rhetorical question to my talk page @ 17:44, 20 October 2004. By edit 1000 I was adding images to AdBusters. Edit #1307 (including this one) is when I found out about the edit counter, from Dbenbenn RfA comment. - RoyBoy [∞] 06:11, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)

By edit 2000 I was getting involved in Votes for Deletion; which is now Articles for Deletion. Edit 3000 saw me contributing to Star Trek lists with images and summaries and the STNG list will likely be featured. At 4000 I was involved in a lengthy discussion on Abortion regarding the veracity of a study indicating abortion increased the risk of preterm delivery. Then by 4500 I was deep into reverting vandalism.

I was nominated for adminship by Ral315 on September 21st and made an administrator by Nichalp around 11:36 2 October 2005 after a glitch in Special:makesysop was fixed.

• 22:14, 13 December 2005 – Started what later evolved into Misunderstandings about modern evolutionary biology.
• 21:41, 16 December 2005 – This message on the Admin board got me onto Daniel Brandt's Wikipedia Watch HiveMind.

Around edit 9,000 I was taking care of the missionary position and then I gotz serious and by 03:07, 1 December 2005 was my 10,000th edit on Talk:Intelligent design. On 05:41, 15 December 2005 I created my Meta account from which I could coordinate the largest most elaborate barnstar template collaboration Wikipedia has ever seen!

• 01:39, 15 January 2006 RoyBoy (Talk | contribs | block) protected Louisiana Baptist University (edit war [edit=sysop:move=sysop]) Then engaged in a lengthy discussion on LBU trying to contain User:Jason Gastrich and his NG opponents. Eventually Gastrich and his many sock/meatpuppets were banned indefinitely.

• 14:20, 28 March 2006 – Participated in 3RR notice against User:Pro-Lick and their changes to the Abortion intro.
• 20:49, 5 April 2006 – Began dealing with Pro-Lick, Alienus and eventually Severa believing ABC to be pseudoscience.
• 16:47, 3 May 2006 – Implemented new Abortion definition after much discussion.

• 23:19, 1 August 2006 – Started a peer review for Abortion-breast cancer hypothesis.
• 22:56, 11 September 2006 – Started and finished new Loose Change (video) criticism section.
• 10:33, 22 September 2006 – Conducted a test on Assault rifle, a secondary article to the featured AK-47, and was dissappointed it took 10 minutes to be reverted. So decided to do some more anti-vandalism for a while. But VandalFighter 2.2 wasn't working.
• 15:32, 27 September 2006 – Speedy delete vote and rationale on Meta for Jason Gastrich's user page.
• 11:57, 28 September 2006 – Signed up for VandalProof and that didn't work either. Updated my Java to 5.0 (Update 6) and got VF 3.3 to work. (although the auto-blacklist does not work)
• 10:29, 2 October 2006 – First vandalism of my user page since my anti-vandal comeback.
