Talk:Royal Proclamation of 1763

I moved this to remove the national POV – the previous title omitted British. Trontonian 19:53, 6 Nov 2003 (UTC)
- I am moving it back on the basis of the rule of using the most common name. "Royal Proclamation of 1763" is much more common. Furthermore, it is well-recognised, and, I believe, not POV (given that there is no other nation with a Royal Proclamation of 1763). -- Emsworth 01:44, 18 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Well it depends. Are there any non-British or non-royal proclamations of 1763?
I don't think the speculation at the end of he article is suitable for wikipedia. Matthew Mattic 12 Oct 2005
- You're right. Those sentences are ambiguous as well; I'll remove them. --Kevin Myers | on Wheels! 13:55, 12 October 2005 (UTC)
IMHO, the last sentence in the 'Native Land' section needs a rewrite; sounds like something out of a junior high school report to me. Veinor 17:09, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
