[edit] Editing Concern

I came across this, which was the major PRIOR writeup. IS THE FOLLOWING ANY CAUSE FOR CONCERN? I am the John in the story, and I want to know if the editor at 195.224.52.34 would kindly identify themselves. You can email me to stay confidential, if you wish. Is your information reliable? It is unsourced. JohnClarknew 09:43, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Adriaen van der Donck, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. –Abe Dashiell (t/c) 12:30, 2 February 2006 (UTC)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. Please note that page blanking, addition of random text, deliberate misinformation, and repeated and blatant violation of WP:NPOV are considered vandalism. If you believe you have been blocked unfairly, please add the text

Note: Please check your block log linked below. If there are no blocks listed, or the latest one has already expired, then you have been autoblocked. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead. We cannot unblock you otherwise.

This blocked user is asking that their block be reviewed:

Please provide a reason as to why you should be unblocked
by changing {{unblock}} to {{unblock|your reason here}}.
If your reason contains a URL with a "=" in it you will need to add "1=" to the start of your reason or else it will not display.

Administrators: Replace this template with one of the following:
{{unblock reviewed|1=original unblock reason|decline=reason — ~~~~}}
{{subst:Request accepted|reason}}
to this page, along with an explanation of why you believe you were unfairly blocked. An administrator will review your case. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may come back after the block expires. Sceptre (Talk) 12:47, 2 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please contact me

Go to my talk page, and contact me. I have met Victor (now deceased) in Vancouver, and I know some of this to be OK, and some I'm not sure about. JohnClarknew 05:59, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
