Royal Tower Lodge is a residential apartment block in central London.

It is located on the corner of East Smithfield and Cartwright Street. Directly to the south is St Katherine's Dock, and to the west is Tower Hill and the City of London. It is in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The full address for the block is Royal Tower Lodge, 40 Cartwright Street, London, E1 8LX

The block was converted from office use to residential use around 1995 by the building company Barratt London Limited

The managing agents are Perverel OM Limited.

The East Smithfield side of the block is on the London Marathon course, around miles 13 and miles 21. The recent London triathlon also used East Smithfield for the cycling course.
