Royal Princess is a cruise ship currently operating as Minerva II for Swan Hellenic. She is also the last remianing ship in the Swan Hellenic fleet. In 2007, she will be transferred to Princess Cruises after a refitting. After the transfer, Swan Hellenic Cruises will cease to exist.

She was built as R Eight as part of 8 identical cruise ships originally ordered by Renaissance Cruises. As such, she is a sister ship to two of Princess's existing vessels, Tahitian Princess and Pacific Princess, which were bought when Renaissance Cruises collapsed in 2001.

[edit] Itinerary

Royal Princess is expected to begin service in Europe, then continue with a series of 12 night Mediterranean, Greek, and Holy Land cruises.
