Royal New Zealand Show

The Royal New Zealand Show [1] is hosted annually by the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association at Canterbury Agricultural Park in Christchurch, a 145 hectare purpose built Show facility only 5 kilometres from the central city.
It is the largest A&P Show in the country attracting over 115,000 visitors, 7000 livestock and feature competition entries and over 500 trade exhibitors.
The Royal New Zealand Show celebrates the very best of New Zealand farming and rural life with top attractions and entertainment all packaged into three days in November. Royal status inspires excellence amongst livestock competitors, in the standard of judges, competition and prize money for the event. It is the most prestigious agricultural event of the year.
The 2007 Royal New Zealand Show will be held Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 November.
