The Royal Alexandra Hospital for Sick Children is a children's hospital located in Dyke Road, Brighton in East Sussex. It provides outpatient services, inpatient facilities including intensive care, for children, and a 24 hour emergency care service for children referred by GPs and other specialists.

Transport

On-site parking is limited, although Brighton Train station is within walking distance. Brighton station is served by South Central and Thameslink Trains. For information about train times and services, call Network Rail 08457 114141. By bus, route 7 stops in Buckingham Road close to the hospital. Re-location

This hospital is being re-developed on the main Royal Sussex County Hospital site (Eastern Road, Brighton), which was due to open in Spring 2007, but due to delays it may not be open until Summer 2007. Until this time, services continue to be provided on the Dyke Road site.
