Roy Schwitters

Roy F. Schwitters is a professor of physics at the University of Texas at Austin. He was formerly a professor of physics at Harvard and Stanford. His undergraduate and doctoral degrees are both from MIT.
Schwitters was director of the Superconducting Super Collider (SSC) in Waxahachie, Texas, a town south of Dallas, Texas, before it was axed in government cuts in 1993.
He is the current head of the JASON Defense Advisory Group.
