Roy Pea

Roy Pea is a professor in the School of Education at Stanford University. The author of over 110 published works in the learning sciences and learning technology design, Pea has made significant contributions to the understanding of how people learn with technology. He received a BA in philosophy and psychology from Michigan State University (1974), and a PhD in developmental psychology from Oxford University (1978).
Eldest of three children, he was born in Detroit with his father Roy, and mother Joyce. Now living with his wife and daughter at Stanford, he has made quite a famous name for himself.
