The reason for this dispute is that This fails WP:FUC #2, since it is "used in a manner that would likely replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media" and FUC #8 because the use of the image is decorative and not encyclopedic.. Please provide a rationale as to why this image qualifies as fair use. If no acceptable rationale can be provided, this image may be nominated for deletion in the future.
