Roxxas

Roxxas,aka the "butcher", is a ficticious character in the 30th century DC Universe.
He is most noted for exterminating the population of Trom.
He had no powers, but commanded an army of space pirates.
In the v4 legion, he was enhanced with weapons created by the Dominators. He used these to kill Legionnaire Blok on the Puppet Planetoid. He was insane, hearing many voices in his head.
After the Legion reboot, he was shown as a native of Daxam, and possessed the usual array of Daxamite powers. In this version he also massacred the Trommite population. He was a member of a Daxamite supremacist movement called the White Triangle.
He has not appeared since the latest legion reboot.
