Rowes Bay is a suburb of Townsville, Queensland. It's mix of Sea and Mountain side residential offerings has become the catalyst for increasing Housing and Unit Development in the suburb. It is also located with close proximity to The Strand, Castle Hill, Townsville CBD and part of the Main Runway for Townsville International Airport is located in the suburb.
