A Freedom of the North East 4 in 8 days Rail Rover

A rover is a bus or train ticket that allows unlimited travel on any operating company over a set route, for a certain period of time, at certain times.

It differs from a ranger ticket, that allows unlimited travel on one operating company over a set route, for a certain period of time, at certain times.
