Rovatek Computing Ltd is a Hertfordshire-based computer support company offering IT services on a “No fix, no fee” basis. The company was founded in 2002 by its Managing Director, Shaun Herbaut. Shaun created a company that believes in its relationships with its customers. That might sound like a trite phrase but Shaun believes that too often IT companies, although probably technically adept, lack the necessary customer service skills. Rovatek's belief is in “going the extra yard” for its customers – that’s why some of the companies which make up the xxx Group have been with them for 4 years.
