Fair enough reverting my insertion about the "flaw" in the "Scientific Method". I put this in from memory without researching it and giving any reference. Have a look here for a discussion on the topic http://bad-catholic.blogspot.com/2005/08/latest-in-intelligent-design-battle.html - I think "limitation" is better than "flaw".
