[edit] Plot synopsis
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Dean Winchester is contacted by his first love Cassie (Megalyn Echikunwoke), who asks him to come to Mississippi to investigate a string of racially motivated murders. Each murder is linked to a mysterious truck (a heavily modified 1962 or 1963 Dodge Stepside pickup) that seems to have no driver and leave no tracks. In the midst of this, they end up realizing something about themselves and their relationship, as well.
Spoilers end here.
