Roundhead, Ohio

Roundhead is an unincorporated community in Roundhead Township, Hardin County, Ohio. Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 43346.
Roundhead is named after Wyandot chief Roundhead, or Stiahta, who resided in a Wyandot village in the location of present-day Roundhead. Chief Roundhead was an ally of Tecumseh, and fought alongside the great chief.
Roundhead is located in southwest Hardin County, Ohio, near the source of the Scioto River. Founded in 1832, it is the first village in Hardin County, Ohio.
