The Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University (or RSM Erasmus University) is the business school of the Erasmus University Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It is has a wide array of undergraduate and post-graduate programmes, including an MBA programme, senior management seminars and PhD programmes.

RSM emphasizes cross-cultural communication and its expertise on ethics and integrity management. The school is also largely internationally oriented (in some MBA classes, non-Dutch students represent 96% of the total number[citation needed]).

RSM Erasmus University is a business school that focuses on conducting business beyond borders. It has achieved Triple Crown Accreditation from AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB. In addition to being consistently awarded high-ranking positions by publications such as The Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Business Week and The Economist, RSM is also recognised as the number one business school in The Netherlands.

[edit] International Full-time MBA

The RSM's flagship programme is the 15 month International Full-time MBA Programme.

The programme is aimed at earlier stages in management careers, and seeks to transform early business experience and ambition into management knowledge, skills and abilities. The curriculum includes an internship and electives, as well as the possibility to spend an exchange semester abroad. Students' average age is 29 with 5.5 years of work experience before entering the programme.

[edit] Global Executive OneMBA

OneMBA mission: OneMBA develops and connects executives from around the world, creating a network of global business leaders. This mission is symbolized by the super-continent Pangea that existed millions of years ago when the continents were connected as one.

OneMBA leadership: Key faculty members and administrative directors from each partner school work together to design and manage the OneMBA program. The partner schools represent Asia, Europe, Latin America ( Brazil and Mexico), and the US.

MBA: You will receive an MBA from your home university and the OneMBA issued by the five partner schools.

Curriculum: Perspectives and best practices from each world region are integrated into the curriculum design. In addition to globally coordinated core courses and regional courses, you will participate in four global immersions held in the US, Europe, Latin America (Brazil and Mexico), and Asia, each lasting 7 days.

Schedule: The OneMBA Course Schedule begins in September and ends 21 months later. You will attend classes on a regular basis every 4 to 6 weeks at your home university. You also join participants from all partner schools for four global residencies.

Admission Process: Apply for admission to the partner school most convenient to you.

Language: English is the common language used for all OneMBA courses and communication.

The Executive MBA is a part-time English language 2-year programme that commences in January of each year and ends in December of the following year. The Graduation Ceremony takes place in the Spring of the following year in celebration of the success of the RSM Erasmus University’s MBA students.
