Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, or RYLA, is a Rotary International program to help promote youths to become leaders. After a competition and interviews, students in their junior year of high school are sent to a camp setting in which they do leadership activities and listen to speakers. The camp lasts for a weekend annually.
