The images you tagged Public Domain, who is the photographer? If it is you, then the proper tag is {{PD-self}}, and you can remove the notices. [edit] Non-commercial images
Unfortunately, all non-commercial images are going to be deleted from Wikipedia as well. Non-commercial places too many restrictions on what we can do with them, and makes them them non-redistributable. What would be great is if the University could accept something like the Creative Commons By Attribution Share Alike, 2.0 license. Hope this clears things up.
