[edit] How to merge histories (better than cut-and-paste)

  1. Delete page A (the page whose title will be kept)
  2. Move page B to page A's title
  3. Delete page A once more
  4. Undelete page A, including ALL of the history, which should be both
  5. Delete redirect to page A
  6. Done
