Neither "arriviste" nor "gangbanger wannabes" could reasonably be described as reflecting a Neutral Point of View. I don't have the local knowledge to rewrite those parts of this article, but at least in the first case it ought to be done if the alternate usage is truly current. 121a0012 03:56, 9 February 2006 (UTC)
