Ross Minter (born November 10, 1978 in Crawley, England) is a professional boxer.
Minter has boxing in his blood; he is the son of Alan Minter, the former World Middleweight Champion. Ross began boxing professionally in 2001. In his career, he has faced a mixed bag of opponents -- some legitimate contenders, some who were nothing more than professional opponents. Currently, he is scheduled to box in The Contender Challenge: UK vs. USA, facing Freddy Curiel. Ironically, he is also scheduled to face his Contender team-mate, Colin McNeil in June of 2007.
