Ross Higgins

Ross Higgins (14 June 1931) is an Australian actor, best known for his role as Ted Bulpitt in the television sitcom Kingswood Country.
His break-through role was in 1977, where he was in The Naked Vicar Show. He played various characters and he lasted in the showfor two seasons. He was also a regular cast member of the soap opera Richmond Hill (in 1988). His most recent role was a reprise of the Bullpitt character on the failed sitcom Bullpitt! in 1997.
