The Reverend William Thomas Ross Flemington CC (1897 - 1971) was president of Mount Allison University from 1945-1962 and from 1967-1971 the first New Brunswick ombudsman.

He was head chaplain of the Canadian Army overseas during World War II. In 1971 he was made a Companion of the Order of Canada.
