Roseville Public Library

The Roseville Public Library is a mid-sized suburban library located in the city of Roseville in Macomb County, Michigan, approximately 4.5 miles from Detroit. This class IV library serves the residents of Roseville (estimated population of 47,925 as of 2005) and belongs to the Suburban Library Cooperative. It has much to offer including Internet access, access to databases, print materials, audiovisual materials and great programs. The library hosts the Friends of the Roseville Public Library, an active non-profit group that encourages library use and raises much-needed funds for programs and special collections among other things. The Roseville Historical and Genealogical Society is active in the library, providing programs of interest to local historians and genealogists and raising funds for materials. The library offers popular summer reading programs for adults, teens and children. Its programs for teens are very popular and these include an anime club, teen advisory board, movie nights and game nights.
