Rose the Lunch Lady is a character from Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. She can often predict the future when giving students her food. She once taught a cooking class; but otherwise she only serves lunch at school. She once saw the Los Angeles Dodgers would win the 2004 World Series. This however was wrong because the Boston Red Sox won the 2004 World Series.
