Roscoe (born David Williams in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a West Coast rapper from Hawthorne, California. He is also a younger brother of Tha Dogg Pound member Kurupt young gotti.

Roscoe Started His carear Going to the studio with his former death row artist kurupt at the age of 10. A native of Philadelphia, Roscoe flew to California to watch his brother lay down tracks for tha Dogg Pound's debut record. Inspired by what he saw, he soon began to regularly hook up with Kurupt on the road and in the studio, soaking in the West Coast beats while practicing his rapping skills. Debuting on his brother's Tha Streetz Iz a Mutha, producer Daz Dillinger was impressed by the young MC and helped him put together his first mix tape, 2001's When the Pain Inflict. Drawing favorable reviews from the underground circuit, Roscoe signed with Priority to release his proper debut record, Young Roscoe Philaphornia. With help from seasoned producers Soopafly and Organized Noize, the album was recorded and scheduled for release in 2002 but was pushed back for release until mid-2003. Philaphornia was a great album, it had the vibe of old school westcoast yet with the skills of a young artist. His Singles "smooth Sailing", "Head to toe" and "Get Ready" all had amazing videos and were strong hits for th streets. In 2006 after a 3 year wait Roscoe dropped his second album "i luv cali" coming after a near death car accident he had this album was like a second awekening. This second album had much more held from Philly Homies Y-A (youth authority). the young assassins featured on many tracks lay down some strong verses. This was another great album from Roscoe.

2007 is also scheduled to see a "philly to cali" album from roscoe & kurupt.
