Rosalie F. Rivenbark

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rosalie F. Rivenbark is the current president of The Way International, a religious organization, succeeding L. Craig Martindale. She lives at the organization's headquarters in New Knoxville, Ohio, USA.

Ms. Rivenbark was picked to succeed Craig Martindale by Martindale himself in 2000 as he was exiting the presidency in disgrace, due to a lawsuit (later settled out of court). The lawsuit alleged, among other things, sexual misconduct on Martindale's part.

During the discovery phase of the lawsuit, the judge noted that Rivenbark knew of Martindale's sexual relationships outside his marriage as early as 1995 and stated that "evidence exists that Rivenbark and another woman played a role in events leading to the encounters between the plaintiff and Martindale"[1].

During her time as president the decision was made to expand the office of vice president into three separate positions from one.
