Rosa's Cafe is a popular Mexican food restaurant with beginnings in West Texas. Rosa's has now expanded across the state, including locations in Fort Worth, College Station and Killeen and even a store in Temecula, California.

The first Rosa's opened in San Angelo, Texas in 1983.
