[edit] Summary

Photograph of Rosa Lewis (born 1867, died 1952). Taken from The Dutchess of Jermyn Street by Daphne Fielding, (plate between page 80 and 81), published in 1964, this photograph is described as "Rosa at the end of the Edwardian period." As King Edward VII died in 1910, this photograph must have been taken around that time, which means it is now in the public domain in the United States. (Additionally, Lewis would have been 43 in 1910, and the woman in the picture does not look like she could be much older than that.)

Note, the only licensing option possible here is "first published in the U.S. before 1923" but while I believe it was published before 1923, I do not know it was published in the U.S.
