Ronnie Bull (American football)

Ronnie Bull (born February 2, 1940 in Kingsville, Texas) is a retired American football running back.
Bull was taken out of the Baylor University by the Chicago Bearsas the seventh pick in the first round. He would play for the Bears and Philadelphia Eagles. During his career, Bull would play in 123 games, carry the ball 881 times for 3,222 yards and 9 touchdowns. He would be named the 1962 Senior Bowl most valuable player and 1962 UPI NFL-NFC Rookie of the Year. Ronnie was among the inaugural inductees in the Texas High School Hall of Fame in 1985. He was also inducted into the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame in 2001.
