Ron Prince (born September 18, 1969, in Omaha, Nebraska) is the head football coach at Kansas State University. He is currently the third-youngest NCAA Division I-A head coach in the country and one of just six African-American head coaches in all of Division I-A.

Prince succeeded Bill Snyder at Kansas State following the 2005 season. In his first season at Kansas State, in 2006, he led the team to its first winning record since 2003 with a 7-6 mark, as well as a berth in the inagural Texas Bowl. The hallmark win of the regular season was a 45-42 upset of then-fourth-ranked University of Texas on November 11, 2006. Kansas State lost the Texas Bowl to #16 Rutgers University 37-10.

Prince came to the Kansas State job from the University of Virginia, where he served under Al Groh for three seasons as the Cavaliersoffensive coordinator, and for a total of five years as the offensive line coach. Prior to his stint at Virginia, Prince also served as an assistant coach at South Carolina State, James Madison, and Cornell.

Although the 36-year-old was born in Nebraska, Prince was raised in Junction City, Kansas, a town 30 minutes west of Kansas State's campus in Manhattan, Kansas. Prince is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where he also played football on the offensive line.
