Ronald Joel Flores (born August 9, 1979 in Whittier, California) is a left-handed reliever for the Oakland Athletics who was selected in the 29th Round (870th overall) of the 2000 amateur entry draft by the A's. He is the younger brother of Randy, and both were born in California. Ron attended El Rancho HS in Pico Rivera, CA. He then attended the University of Southern California from '98 to '01, including USC's 1998 baseball national championship team, where he was one of its star relievers. Flores also earned a BS in Economics from USC.

In limited appearances with Oakland, Flores has mostly been the second or third lefty in the bullpen. He pitched a career-high four shutout innings for his first big league win on June 29, 2006 at San Diego. His first Major League save came after he pitched a scoreless 10th inning in the final game of the 2006 season.
