Ron Cooper (football coach)

Ron Cooper (born February 11, 1962) is the Assistant Head Coach for the Defensive Secondary at the University of South Carolina. Previously he was the head football coach at the University of Louisville from 1995 to 1997. His record there was 13-20. He left in disgrace after a 1 - 10 season. He has also served as the head football coach at Eastern Michigan University, and Alabama A&M. Other coaching stops include University of Wisconsin and University of Notre Dame. He is an alumnus of Jacksonville State University.
