Ron is a character in the King of Fighters video game series.

[edit] History

Ron is a former leader of the enigmatic Hizoku ninja clan, to which belong Lin and Duo Lon. Being a fierce rival of Lin, Ron constantly plotted and fought against him, Lin usually getting the upper hand. Sick of Lin and the Hizoku, Ron destroyed the Hizoku village and joined the NESTS cartel. As one of their various successful test subjects, Ron became more powerful and more deadly than ever before.

Proceeding the climax of the King of Fighters 2001 tournament, confident in his new abilities, he engaged Lin until Igniz attempted to destroy the space station they were in.

Ron managed to survive the downfall of NESTS in KOF 2001 along with Misty (Igniz' secretary and lover), and Lin has been seeking him ever since. He now seems to take some interest in the Dragon Power that Kensou and Bao share.

In the ending of the Psycho Soldier team in KOF XI, Ron appears once again, revealing his intention to seize the Dragon Power, but with a controversial twist: he now seems to be accompanied by his sworn enemy Lin along with his entourage. The reason behind this unlikely union has yet to be revealed.
