[edit] rename "Category:Hormones by place of production"

Hello, Rombik. I propose to rename Category: Hormones by place of production as Category: Hormones by the site of synthesis. The word 'place' seems inappropriate. Reminds me of geography, rather than biology. ... BTW, please be reminded to provide edit summaries. Thanks. Happy editing. -- PFHLai 10:44, 2005 August 28 (UTC)

done :) sorry, English is not my native language, so I didn't know the difference between terms "place" and "site". Thanks for your help :) rombik 11:28, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
No need to apologise, Rombik. Everything is alright. And, I don't speak English as a native language, either.
BTW, you may want to visit Wikipedia:WikiProject Clinical medicine and Wikipedia:WikiProject Preclinical Medicine. You'll find nice guys with similar interests there. Have fun. :-) -- PFHLai 12:59, 2005 August 28 (UTC)

[edit] Ubervisor

FYI: I nomintated Ubervisor for deletion, since I have concerns about it being a protologism. Sorry for this, you probably spent a lot of time on creating the article. -- Koffieyahoo 02:29, 27 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hate crimes

Please stop trying to change the "Hate crimes" category to "Hate crime". The changed version makes no sense in English - the former category is correct. Rebecca 12:47, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

There is one severely homophobic troll, who insisted on that the Matthew Shepard not to be classified as hate crime case, arguing that if his murderers weren't formally convicted as hate crime murderers, then Matthew shouldn't be in Hate crimes category. After several cycles of discussion with this person, several LGBT people decided to divide the category into two: "Hate crime" for all cases which are widely recognised as hate crimes, and "Hate crimes" (plural) for cases which were formally, juridically proven to be Hate crimes. Then, when I've made the subcategory of hate crimes against LGBT, the same troll tried to remove Shepard from the category, arguing the same reason. Ok, well, I've made "hate crime against LGBT", to avoid feeding the troll and to keep Shepard in the subcategory. Please do not revert such a change - it REALLY makes sense, in that the "hate crime" is for what is perceived as such, "hate crimes" - for what is formally classified as such. rombik 13:06, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
