Romantic? is an album recorded by English synthpop band The Human League. It was issued by Virgin Records in 1990 and was the band's first album of new material in four years. Romantic? had several producers, most notably Martin Rushent, who worked with the Human League on their biggest commercial success (Dare!) and had walked out of the recoding sessions for its follow-up (Hysteria). Also producing several tracks is Mark Brydon, later of Moloko.

When released, Romantic? did not earn many positive reviews from music critics, who claimed the album's sound was "dated", as the music climate at the time was filled with the newly popular grunge rock movement. The only significant success came from the album's first single "Heart Like a Wheel", which peaked at number twenty-nine in the UK singles chart and number thirty-two on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The second single "Soundtrack for a Generation" did not chart.

It would be another five years until The Human League would release another album, The 1995 Octopus album.
